Digital Products
Our Planning Guide, Comprehensive Questionnaire, Project Log, and other downloadable materials are digital products. Because digital products cannot be returned once they have been delivered or made available for download, purchases of digital products are generally non-refundable.
If you experience a technical problem receiving or accessing your purchased materials, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to correct the problem.
Private Consultations
If you purchase a private consultation and need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be refunded or rescheduled. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, and missed appointments, are generally non-refundable.
